Use
- Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel- Cadmium) batteries.
- Do not leave thermometer in the oven while cooking.

- Wipe clean with damp cloth.
- Recalibratable periodically to verify accuracy of temperature readouts over time.
- Antimicrobial case inhibits the growth of bacterial odor and mold, but it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the thermometer after each use.
