We partnered with Napa Valley’s Hestan to create our Thermo-Clad™ Nonstick collection. Designed in-house to our exacting standards, the high-performance pans ensure superior heat efficiency and durability. This wok features tri-ply construction with a premium nonstick finish, hard-anodized aluminum body and stainless-steel induction base. It comes with a flat-top lid that helps retain heat and moisture, so it’s ideal for simmering soup, braising or smoking pork ribs, and steaming dumplings and seafood.

Use & Care

Use

  • Before first use, hand-wash interior. Dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
  • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
  • Always cook over low or medium heat. Do not use high heat. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
  • Oven safe to 500°F.
  • Safe for use with metal utensils.
  • Do not heat when empty.
  • Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.

Care

  • Allow wok to cool before cleaning.
  • Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to maintain nonstick surface.
  • Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners.
  • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
