Use
- Oven safe up to 500°F.
- Handles can become very hot. Always use potholder or glove when handling.
Care
- Allow to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash; dry immediately with soft cloth.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach or abrasive cleaners.
- Copper will develop rich patina over time. This will not affect performance. To keep exterior looking new, use copper polish or combination of lemon and salt.
