Use
- Do not microwave.
- Do not place hot cookware on board.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Do not clean in dishwasher.
- Do not soak or submerge board in water.
- Apply wood conditioner once a week or any time board feels dry. Use lint-free cloth and be sure to condition all surfaces – including edges and ends.
- If grain becomes raised and feels rough, buff lightly with 220-grit sandpaper to smooth it. Apply wood conditioner after sanding.
