Summary

Prep and serve your favorite holiday dishes in festive seasonal style. Made of ultra-durable cast iron, this Staub braiser features an expertly embossed pine tree on the lid for elegant oven-to-table presentation. The domed Chistera lid boasts drop-shaped spikes that collect moisture to provide continuous basting for succulent results. The nonstick enamel interior with rounded sides simplifies stirring and prevents sticking, while the wide handles ensure a secure grip – even with oven mitts. Use the versatile pan for everything from slow-cooking to baking casseroles and roasting chicken.
