Use
- Salt and pepper not included.
- Do not put salt in pepper mill; mechanism is designed specifically for peppercorns and is not interchangeable.
- Use only dry, hard, whole black, white, green or mixed peppercorns no larger than 6mm.
- Not suitable for peppercorn mixes containing more than 15% pink peppercorns.
- Pepper mill may be used to grind dried coriander seeds.
- Do not place other spices in pepper mill.
Care
- Wipe exterior clean with soft, non-abrasive cloth.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Use soft brush to gently clean gears from outside.
- Protect from water and other liquids, detergents and humidity.
