Use
- Compatible will all Ooni ovens including Koda 2, Koda 2 Max, Koda 2 Pro, Karu 2/12G, Karu 16 and Karu 2 Pro.
- Do not expose probe to temperatures above 842°F (450°C).
- Do not expose tip of probe to temperatures above 480°F (250°C).
- Do not use on open flames.
- Requires 2 AA batteries (included).
Care
- Before and after each use, clean food probe with hot, soapy water, taking care not to submerge wire in water. Dry immediately.
- Wipe hub clean with damp cloth. Dry immediately.
- Do not submerge hub, food probe or wiring in water.
- Store temperature hub indoors when not in use. If hub will be inactive for extended periods of time, remove batteries to prolong life and prevent damage.
