Summary
Miyabi’s limited-edition Iki collection combines unparalleled performance with expert craftsmanship. Forged from 49 layers of advanced carbon steel, each blade is hand honed using a classic Honbazuke process with a true katana edge – an homage to the samurai swords made centuries ago in Seki, Japan. The knives are ice-hardened with a patented technique for exceptional corrosion-resistance and masterfully finished with the company’s Moonlight Damascus pattern. The hand-carved maple burlwood handles are individually designed to complement the unique silhouette of the blades, ensuring perfect balance and comfort in hand.
