By far the most popular size for in-ceiling speakers, the MC6 features a 6.5” woofer with higher power handling, greater output capability, and improved bass response over the smaller MC4. This model works without a built-in enclosure to allow the speaker to use more airspace for higher performance. For applications where sound control is desired, an optional retrofittable back enclosure is available separately. As with all Motion series CI speakers, the MC6 uses MartinLogan’s signature Folded Motion Tweeter for precise clarity and incredible realism to meet all your entertainment needs. All MartinLogan Motion CI Series speakers feature our signature Folded Motion Tweeter or FMT. This innovative piece of audio technology provides incredible detail, precise clarity, clean output and high efficiency in a small but mighty package. Pairing this tweeter with lightweight woven fiberglass woofers means that Motion CI delivers a clean and balanced sound that is perfectly suited for any application. Whether you listen to music, movies or a little bit of everything, Motion CI gives you a true high-end audio experience at an affordable price. To round out the assortment, pre-construction brackets are available for all models, and all in-ceiling models have square grilles and retrofittable back enclosures available separately.
