Use & Care
Use
- Season with food-grade mineral oil before first use. To season board, apply oil in direction of wood grain using clean, dry cloth. Allow oil to be absorbed for at least 6 hours. For best results, allow oil to be absorbed overnight. Wipe off any excess using clean, dry cloth.
Care
- Hand-wash in warm water with mild detergent.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge board in water.
- Periodically recondition with butcher block oil to preserve wood.
- Dry completely before storing.
