Use & Care

Use

  • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
  • When using double burner items on induction cooktop, stove should have bridge element to prevent cookware from heating unevenly.
  • Oven and broiler safe.
  • Each time you use pan, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.
  • Always heat both ends of griddle evenly.

Care

  • Hand-wash, dry and rub with cooking oil. A little soap is welcome.
  • Store in dry location.
