- Before first use, hand-wash with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
- Safe for use with metal whisks, spoons and spatulas.
- Do not use with sharp-edged utensils such as forks and knives.
- Do not cut food while it is still in bakeware.
Care
- Allow bakeware to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash pan with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water.
- Rack is dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
- To dislodge food on surface, boil mixture of water and vinegar in bakeware.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use non-scratching scrub sponge and fine-powdered or soft cleanser.
- Use pan protectors or paper towels for stacking storage to avoid exterior scratches.
