This weighted workout vest adds resistance to aerobic workouts, lifting sessions’s or sports play. It can be used by both men and women alike and is easily adjustable. Add or remove weights during exercise to increase endurance and cardiovascular health, and build muscle. The shoulder d-rings can be used as anchor points for parachutes, running sleds, and bands, tubes to help add more resistance. The vest has a reflective strip on the backside for easy visibility while walking or running during nighttime or early morning hours.
