Care
- Unplug and allow to cool before cleaning.
- Empty any remaining water, then hand-wash interior with soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Wipe exterior of kettle and base clean with damp cloth or sponge. Dry thoroughly.
- Avoid using abrasive soaps, cleansers and scouring pads as they may damage finish.
- If kettle heats up but won’t boil, it may be due to scaling and mineral deposits (due to frequency of use and hardness of water). Descale kettle using scale/lime remover. Follow manufacturer’s instructions.
