Use & Care
Use
- Before first use, hand-wash in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
- Safe for use with metal utensils.
- Due to bakeware’s heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Do not cut baked goods while they are in pan.
Care
- Allow bakeware to cool before cleaning. Placing hot pan under cold water may cause warping.
- Hand-wash. Rinse off excess food with warm water. Soak pan in warm, soapy water, then clean with sponge or soft cloth. Rinse with warm water. Dry immediately to prevent spotting.
- For more difficult cleaning, use gentle nylon scouring pad.
- To remove baked-on residue, generously sprinkle surface with baking soda and hot water. Use wooden spoon to loosen food particles from surface.
- To remove blue coloring, rainbow coloring and white spots, dampen sponge or soft cloth with white vinegar and wipe on bakeware.
- Avoid using oven cleaners, steel wool, steel scouring pads, hard plastic scrapers, and harsh detergents containing bleach and peroxide.
