- Before first use, hand-wash with mild detergent and warm water.

- Do not cut food while it is still in pan.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
- To remove food stuck on surface, boil mixture of water and vinegar in pan to dislodge.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use non-scratching scrub sponge and fine-powdered or soft cleanser.
- To avoid scratches on exterior, place pan protectors or paper towels between pans when storing.
