- Do not immerse kettle in water or other liquid.
- Hand-wash exterior of kettle with damp cloth or sponge.
- Dry immediately.
- Avoid using abrasive soaps, cleansers and scouring pads as they may damage finish.
- Wipe base clean with damp cloth or sponge.
- Over time, kettle may lose its ability to reach boiling temperature. This may be due to scaling and mineral deposits that can build up inside kettle, depending on frequency of use and hardness of water. When this happens, use scale/lime remover, following manufacturer’s directions.
