Use & Care
Use
- Before first use, hand-wash in warm water with mild soap or dish detergent. Alternatively, clean in dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry immediately with soft dish towel.
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Use low to medium setting for most cooking.
- Oven safe to 500°F (lids are safe to 450°F).
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Immediately after each use, fill pan with hot water and liquid dish detergent. Let stand until water is lukewarm. Use sponge or soft cloth to remove remaining food particles. Do not use steel wool or other metal pads that can create scratches.
- To remove burnt-on food residue, soak pan. If residue remains, add 1" of water and 1 Tbs. of dishwasher detergent (non-lemon variety) to pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let water cool in pan, then drain and rinse. Loosen residue with sponge or plastic spatula. Repeat if necessary.
- To remove stains on bottom exterior (not sides), use oven cleaner. Follow manufacturer’s directions and spray or brush cleaner on bottom of pan. If directions advise using cleaner in warm oven, heat pan before applying cleaner. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.
