Use & Care
Use
- Before first use, hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Preheat pan over medium heat and brush with unsalted vegetable shortening or oil before each use.
- Pour 2 Tbs. batter into each well and cook until center bubbles and edges turn
- golden brown.
- Flip each pancake with non-metal utensil. We recommend using wooden skewers or chopsticks, a small silicone spatula or a plastic fork.
- Continue cooking until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
