- Before first use, hand-wash in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
- Do not cut baked goods in pan.
- Do not use metal utensils, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on surface.
- Oven safe to 450°F.
Silpat Liner
- Do not use knives, cutters, scrapers or any other sharp objects on liner.
- Do not put in broiler or leave in oven on self-clean.
- Do not grease or use sprays.
- Freezer safe.
