Upgrade your current bench and complete your home gym setup with our Adjustable Weight Bench. It has important features such as high density foam padding for back support and it has 6 lockable positions – upright to flat. The bench is fabricated from powder coated steel with high density foam, and a faux leather cover that encases the foam pad. The 2” thick foam pad makes this bench more comfortable than other foldable workout benches because it is wider and more importantly, it provides the right type of back support for multiple strength training exercises. Some of the exercises you can complete workouts with include bench press, dips, push ups, reverse flies, rows, and much more. The 2” wheels were included in our design so that it makes this unit easy to move around your workout space. These can be moved into any of our Sport or Pro Series Squat Racks as well as the Pro or Elite Series Power Cages. We recommend adding this with our Multi-Purpose Weighted Bar Storage Rack or Dumbbell Rack to keep your gym accessories organized. This bench is rated to support a minimal weight capacity of 700 lbs, but can handle up to 1000 lbs.
